• Fluent in English
• Experience in working in an intercultural environment, i.e. outbound Korea, preferred with Western and Japanese cultures
• 5+ year work experience as Project Manager
• Formal project management education (i.e. PMI or similar) preferred
• Senior attitude and appearance
• Manage multiple strategic projects from scoping via requirements specification throughout product launch and activation for leading automotive OEM and Mobile Handset OEM.
• Deploy launched products and solutions into operational divisions.
• Install, lead and manage cross-functional internal and external Project Teams to support their initiatives within Navigation and Location Based Services (LBS).
• Define required budget and manage resources to deliver customer solutions on time, within budget and at agreed quality.
• Determine and execute creative solutions to problems encountered during projects and effectively manage resolutions.
• Manage communication across the entire project team and into the client organization.
▣ Qualifications
• MBA preferred or minimum of 5 years equivalent work experience.
• PMI PMP certification (or comparable certification)
• Undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Korean and English
• Geography degree is a plus
• Experience working with Mobile OEM is a plus
