Solution 1
If the .dbc file is on the server and is not mapped to network drive then this error can appear. To connect to the database, you need to configure the dbc file in Capture CIS. In such case, you need to share the folder in which the .dbc file is placed and map the network drive on your system. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Open Windows Explorer on your machine.
2. Choose Tools > Map Network Drive.
3. Enter a drive name and the path to the dbc file on the shared network drive.
Solution 2:
This error can also occur, if the key property in the database configuration table has duplicate values. The solution is to open the Database Configuration Setup and clear Transfer to Design check box for the column "Name". Now, while transferring the database key property values are not duplicated.

dbc 파일(데이터베이스)관련 에러이니, 고치려고 노력하는 것보다는 다시 삭제하고 메뉴얼대로 설치하고 설정하는게 빠릅니다.
